Halloween News

Hello Families!! Wanted to answer a few questions you may have about what Halloween will look like in our classroom on Tuesday. If students would like to come out of uniform on this day, they are able to wear black or orange. Students are also being invited to wear a costume for our time at the dance, which will be from 11:10 to 11:50. Costumes should be something easy to put on over their existing black/orange attire....Please no masks or accessories. We are having a shared snack on this day and if you would like to contribute, I need to remind about the nut/peanut concerns and also to mention, that we are trying to stick to our healthy school policy. During Tuesday afternoon, students will be presenting their Halloween poems to the class. Each student was given a poem to practice and explore a variety of volumes/voices/tone and different techniques to dramatically present their pieces. Hope this helps and have a wonderful weekend.
